“A gastrobar is proposed in the Trastevere district, next to the Royal Academy of Spain in Rome, to enjoy Spanish gastronomy with views of the eternal city.

The building is organized in terraces, adapting to the steep terrain on which it is located and reducing its visual impact.

The dimension of the walls inserted into the terrain relates its architecture to that of the existing building and, along the same lines, a small studio is planned for a gastronomy intern, within the academy complex.”
